Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Handmade Custom-Made Products:
There is no return option for handmade custom-made products, as these items are specifically designed and tailored to your requirements. -
Damaged Products:
For damaged products, you must prepare a shipping damage report with the courier upon delivery and claim compensation from the shipping company. Once the report is submitted, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. The compensation received will cover the cost of the damaged part. Without a damage report, the courier will not accept liability, and unfortunately, no replacement or compensation will be provided. -
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.For your return to be approved, you must provide photos of the unopened package from 3 different angles and send them to hello@kidswoodstore.com, along with your order details. If the return is approved, we will notify you with the return address and instructions.

Return Costs:
International return shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item at $9 USD per kg. (Example: A 20 kg package will incur a shipping fee of $180 USD.) Additionally, 9% of the total payment amount is deducted to cover bank and site commissions. The remaining amount will be refunded after deductions. Return shipping fees, bank commissions, and any additional damages are the customer's responsibility. -
European Union Orders (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. -
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 21 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@kidswoodstore.com. -
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and provide a solution. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom items (e.g., personalized orders), personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. -
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired product is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is approved.
