How is a playhouse delivered?

Every playhouse is built to order, crated in our workshop and delivered to your door. Larger sets arrive in labeled panels sized to fit through standard doorways.

Who assembles the playhouse?

Each order comes with an illustrated assembly guide, the hardware and anchoring kit, and remote support from our team. On-site installation is optional and not guaranteed.

Can a playhouse go on concrete or a raised deck?

Yes. The anchoring kit works on patios, decks and other firm surfaces; please check local HOA guidelines and property lines before you choose a spot.
