beautiful but one piece was cracked (4/5)
The cafe playhouse arrived with a cracked side panel. I was upset but their customer service handled it really well — sent a replacement piece within 5 days. Once assembled it looks absolutely gorgeous. Kids are happy, I'm happy.

Look, the play kitchen is beautiful and well made. No question. But it is expensive. For what you get quality-wise it's fair, but just be prepared to spend. We don't regret it though — our son plays with it every single day.
