good product, needs better packaging (4/5)
The role playing town pieces are wonderful — my kids love the cafe and bakery. However, the packaging could be better. One small piece had a dent from shipping. Nothing major but for premium prices I'd expect premium packaging.

The Role Playing Town bakery set is really nice, good quality wood and cute details. But it took almost 4 weeks to get here and I had to email twice for tracking info. Product itself is a 5 but the wait brought it down for me.

I have 4 kids ages 3-8 and they ALL play with the play kitchen daily. After a year of heavy use it still looks great. One knob needed tightening but that's it. For this level of abuse from 4 kids? Impressive.
