3 stars because of the wait (3/5)
Listen the product is beautiful. The outdoor playhouse is solid, well-made, my kids love it. But waiting 6 weeks with barely any communication? That's not ok. I almost cancelled. Product is 5 stars, experience is 2. Averaging to 3.

outdoor playhouse — neighbors jealous (5/5)
I'm not exaggerating when I say every single parent in our cul-de-sac has asked about our playhouse. It looks like a real tiny house. Our daughter has decorated the inside with curtains and flower pots. It's her happy place.

barber shop playhouse is hilarious (5/5)
My 5yo gives us all 'haircuts' now with his toy scissors. The barber chair area, the mirror, the little shelf for products — he takes it so seriously. Funniest thing ever. Build quality is phenomenal as always.

professional quality for our center (5/5)
I manage a children's therapy center. We needed durable, safe, and engaging play equipment. The role playing town pieces (market, doctor, cafe) have been perfect for our needs. Built to withstand institutional use.
