For anyone worried about assembly — they have video guides online. Made it way easier. The outdoor playhouse went together in about 3 hours with 2 people. End result is absolutely stunning. Kids haven't come inside since.

The role playing town pieces are wonderful — my kids love the cafe and bakery. However, the packaging could be better. One small piece had a dent from shipping. Nothing major but for premium prices I'd expect premium packaging.
