eco-friendly packaging was nice touch (5/5)
Everything arrived in recyclable packaging — no styrofoam, no unnecessary plastic. As someone who cares about sustainability, this was a big plus. The table and chair set itself is beautiful and my daughter uses it daily for art.

best customer service experience (5/5)
A leg on our table arrived with a crack. I sent one email and within 24 hours they responded with a tracking number for a replacement. It arrived in 4 days. The table itself is beautiful. THIS is how customer service should work.

table set is great for homeschool (5/5)
We use the windsor table and chair set for homeschooling our 3 kids. Perfect height, easy to wipe clean after art projects. The wood is smooth with no rough edges which is important with little ones. highly recommend

one of our best preschool purchases (5/5)
As a preschool director, I've bought a LOT of furniture. The KWS table and chair sets are hands down the best quality we've ever had. After a full school year of daily use by 3-5 year olds, they still look new.

shipping damage was disappointing (3/5)
One chair leg arrived broken. Yes they replaced it quickly but it shouldn't happen with how much you're paying. The furniture itself is gorgeous and my kids love the table set. Just wish the first delivery was flawless.
